How to protect your data from ChatGPT

Did you know that you can stop ChatGPT from training on your data? And that you can delete personal data? 

Here's how:

1. Go to OpenAI's Privacy Portal to make a request

2. Click "Make a Privacy Request" at the top right

3. Choose what you want and submit

4. You will get a verification email

5. Follow the email instructions

Notes:

* You can only request to stop using your data for training from now on. 

They don't offer anything for the past.

* You can only remove personal information from specific chats. 

There's no option for a blanket request
