The Chef Approach

At the European Commission

The Commission, the executive branch of the European Union, brought the Chef Approach to AI to its employees to help them to rethink how their work could look in the AI era.

Through a tailored group program, participants developed the mindset and practical skills to create their own work tools, on their own terms and prioritizing their values.

Participants left the program with an expanded mindset, skills, and prototypes ready to use in their day-to-day work that combine productivity, cognitive depth, responsibility, and meaningful work.

The Chef Approach to AI is a strategic way for thinking about and building with AI that prioritizes cognitive depth, responsibility, and meaningful work. I have developed it based on years of industry experience and academic research, and demonstrated across multiple sectors.

The Spec Studio

The Spec Studio is an AI app I built for helping people for design their own AI tools: custom chatbots, apps, and agents. It implements the Chef Approach in how it will guide you and in the tools it will help you create. Currently in renovation, soon I will add a link.

The AI Treasure Chest
